Marine Claims Manager

A Lloyd\’s Broker based in the City seek a Marine Claims Manager. It will involve handling a caseload of Marine Cargo claims and managing a small claims team.

Duties will include consulting with clients and provide appropriate advice on claims procedures. In addition you will consult with Underwriters, insurers, Loss Adjusters, Engineers, Solicitors and colleagues on claims. You will alsoprepare monthly claims bordereaux and present to underwriters.

Applicants should have a proven background within Marine Cargo claims. Management experience would be advantageous, but Senior Marine Claims Broker/Technicians looking to step up would also be considered.
