Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all pre- and post-placement servicing is delivered effectively, prioritizing tasks in line with contract terms and client expectations. Oversee the process end-to-end until complete Evidence of Cover documentation is provided to the client.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses and their reinsurance programs.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned clients and markets, enhancing overall customer relationships through reliable administrative support and exceptional service.
- Take ownership of coordinating and resolving queries from clients and reinsurers, ensuring instructions are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Follow internal processes, policies, and procedures while adhering to external regulatory requirements and compliance standards, including legal, industry, and organizational policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, liaising with clients, brokers, local overseas offices, markets, and management.
Broker Support
- Review market security information for carriers, ensuring compliance and assessing financial stability.
- Prepare and update marketing materials for the Broking Team.
- Generate data, statistics, and information packs to support the placement of client reinsurance programs.
- Coordinate with Compliance and Sanctions Teams to conduct necessary checks and reviews.
- Work with Legal Teams on commercial contract reviews.
- Assist with the creation of slips and endorsements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a coordinator during contract renewals, collaborating with legal teams and clients to finalize all necessary documentation, including slips and commercial agreements.
- Work closely with divisional teams such as actuarial and broking units to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Contribute to tender and renewal presentations, providing information and support.
- Prepare Compliance Review Packs and files, ensuring they meet audit requirements and align with compliance standards.
