My client are seeking an experienced US Casualty Treaty Binder Broker to join a team at a leading global (Re)Insurance broker. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to manage and develop US casualty treaty binder accounts while working closely with clients, markets, and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the placement and servicing of US casualty treaty binder business within the London and global reinsurance markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cedents, reinsurers, and capacity providers.
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute reinsurance solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Produce and present client-facing documentation, including placement slips, binders, endorsements, and contract wordings.
  • Collaborate with internal actuarial, analytics, and claims teams to provide innovative solutions and market insights.
  • Support new business development, including identifying opportunities for cross-sell and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal governance requirements.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in London and internationally as required.
