Are you an experienced Life/Medical Underwriter looking for your next challenge? I am currently partnering with one of the most highly regarded and top-performing composite insurers in the market, who are looking to add a Life/Medical Underwriter to their growing team.
This is an unrivalled position within a team known for long-term progression opportunities and career stability.

Salary: £50,000–£65,000, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Assess customer risk profiles in line with operating principles and standards, ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Deliver excellent service with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong focus on outcomes.
- Proactively identify any barriers to effective service delivery and ensure no unnecessary waste is created.
- Suggest improvements and take action based on data and insight—owning changes where appropriate, seeking support where needed, and escalating issues when required.
