Our client, a growing MGA, seeks a Technical Warranty Claims Manager. Responsibilities will include assisting with the oversight and control of the Warranty claims functions. Other duties will include undertaking desk audits of monthly claims bordereaux and ensuring that Third Party Administrators (TPAs) are performing adequately. When necessary, you will attend UK/overseas audits of Third Party Administrators and report on the adequacy of the TPAs.
Applicants should have prior experience of handling Warranty claims. This will be a hybrid role, with lots of flexibility to work from home.
