Our client, a Lloyd's broker, seek a Senior Claims Broker. Responsibilities will include handling U.S. and International Property claims. Applicants will require previous experience of handling U.S. Property claims and any exposure to Energy claims would be useful. A good knowledge of ECF would be advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Property claims files
- Input document details on to the in-house system
- Broke advices and collections to London Market where appropriate
- Obtain agreement to advices and collections via the ECF system
- Liaise with the Accounts department to ensure prompt payments of claims
- Produce accurate claims statistics where required
- Conduct business meetings with clients and underwriters
