A leading Lloyd's Managing Agency are looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join their established team and support the delivery of the annual compliance plan across advisory, monitoring, and reporting activity.
Working closely with the Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory requirements are met across the Syndicate - from conduct risk, complaints and delegated authority reviews, to sanctions, financial crime and data protection oversight.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of the compliance plan and monitoring programme
- Assist with conduct risk, product oversight, Fair Value Assessments and complaints handling
- Review delegated authority contracts and customer documentation
- Provide support on sanctions, financial crime and licensing matters
- Help deliver compliance training and embed best practice across the business
- Contribute to regulatory returns, policies and Lloyd's attestation work
- Experience in compliance within the Lloyd's or London insurance market
- Knowledge of UK insurance regulation, sanctions and conduct risk
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator who builds effective relationships across the business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power BI experience a plus)
