This is a high‑growth opportunity for an entrepreneurial construction insurance professional who wants to shape a business line with significant institutional backing, existing client relationships, and international expansion potential.
The role will focus on expanding beyond a traditional wholesale construction portfolio into complex retail‑led solutions across large‑scale infrastructure and commercial construction projects, including marquee developments valued up to $1B+.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of a North American retail construction growth strategy.
- Build and manage a diversified construction portfolio spanning complex commercial, infrastructure, and large project risks.
- Develop relationships with retail brokers, owners, developers, contractors, and key market stakeholders.
- Identify and win new business opportunities across major project placements and specialty construction programs.
- Collaborate with internal property, casualty, and specialty teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Leverage existing North American client relationships and internal distribution capabilities to accelerate growth.
