As Property Portfolio Underwriting Manager, you will lead the Mid-Market Commercial Property account, shaping underwriting strategy, portfolio mix, and pricing approaches to deliver sustainable performance. You'll play a pivotal role in setting underwriting direction, identifying areas for profitable expansion, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes for customers and brokers alike. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams — including Pricing, Chief Underwriting Office, Actuarial, Finance, Claims, Automation, and Data Science — as well as engagement with regional underwriting teams to enhance performance and capability across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Mid-Market Property portfolio, ensuring delivery of financial and underwriting performance targets.
