Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of finance change initiatives across the business. Working closely with the Programme Manager, you will play a key role in planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring delivery remains on time and aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and governance activities
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Coordinate meetings, actions, and stakeholder communications
- Support issue resolution and ensure smooth handover into business-as-usual (BAU)
Experience & Skills
- Several years' experience supporting change or transformation projects
- Good understanding of the project lifecycle and governance frameworks
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience within Insurance or Financial Services
- Willing to work from the London office three days per week
