A highly regarded and well-established London Market insurance broker is seeking an experienced Producing Energy Broker to join its expanding Energy division. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven broker with a proven track record of developing and managing Energy business throughout the Middle East.

The successful individual will inherit strong market support whilst being given the autonomy and platform to further grow their portfolio across the region.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in driving the continued growth of the Energy practice, leveraging existing relationships and developing new business opportunities across the Middle East. Working alongside an experienced team of specialists, you will have access to first-class market relationships and the resources required to build a significant book of business. The role offers genuine long-term career progression and the opportunity to become a key contributor within a highly respected international broking platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow Energy business across the Middle East region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, introducers and key stakeholders.
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Manage and retain an existing portfolio whilst driving organic growth.
  • Structure and place complex Energy risks into the London Market.
  • Work closely with technical broking and placement teams to deliver market-leading solutions.
  • Travel internationally to meet clients and support business development initiatives.
Experience Required
  • Proven experience within Energy Insurance Broking.
  • Demonstrable track record of producing and developing business within the Middle East.
  • Strong network of client and market relationships across the Energy sector.
  • Experience placing Energy risks into the London Market and/or Lloyd's Market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong appetite for business development.
