- Generate and convert new business opportunities across insurance and/or reinsurance markets
- Build and maintain relationships with cedants, insurers, MGAs, coverholders, intermediaries, and carriers
- Work closely with market-facing and technical teams to structure and place business effectively
- Identify strategic growth opportunities and contribute to broader business development initiatives
- Represent the business within the London Market and internationally where required
