Accelerate Your Career.
Not everyone wants to spend years climbing the traditional corporate ladder.
This opportunity is designed for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and eager to make an impact from day one.
If you're looking for a role where progression is based on your ability rather than time served, this could be the perfect next step.
Joining a fast-growing, independent Lloyd's market broker, you'll work directly alongside experienced industry professionals who are committed to developing the next generation of brokers.
Rather than being another number in a large organisation, you'll be given genuine responsibility, exposure to clients and insurers, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the business.
For the right individual, there is the potential to achieve more in your first 12 months than many do in several years within a larger corporate environment.
The Role What You'll Be Doing* Supporting the placement and servicing of Property & Casualty risks.* Preparing market presentations, renewal submissions and placing slips.* Building relationships with insurers, underwriters and clients.* Negotiating quotations and assisting with new business placements.* Managing policy documentation, endorsements and mid-term adjustments.* Attending client and insurer meetings alongside senior brokers.* Taking increasing ownership of your own portfolio as your experience grows.* Contributing ideas and helping shape the future growth of the business.
Who We're Looking For* Around 2+ years' experience within insurance broking, account handling or underwriting support.* Exposure to Property & Casualty business, either retail or wholesale.* Someone who is ambitious and looking for genuine career progression.* A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.* Someone who wants to be part of a growing business where their contribution genuinely matters.
Why Join?* Fast-track your career in a growing Lloyd's market broker.* Work directly with experienced brokers and decision-makers.* Gain exposure to clients and markets from the outset.* Real progression based on performance-not hierarchy.* A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas are valued.* The opportunity to grow alongside the business and play a key role in its future success.
