An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing, technology-enabled specialty insurance business as UK Director of Operations, leading critical operational functions within a highly innovative and data-driven insurance business.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll take ownership of bordereaux operations, programme onboarding and operational performance, helping shape the infrastructure supporting a growing UK insurance platform.
The Opportunity
- Lead and enhance operational workflows across delegated authority business, ensuring data integrity, operational excellence and scalable processes.
- Manage operational relationships across the business and drive continual improvement through automation, analytics and process optimisation.
- Lead end-to-end bordereaux and delegated authority data operations.
- Drive onboarding and implementation of new insurance programmes.
- Lead reconciliation, reporting and operational performance analysis.
- Oversee premium collection and credit control activities.
About You
- Experienced insurance operations leader with deep understanding of delegated authority and MGA/MGU operating models.
- Significant experience within commercial P&C insurance operations.
- Strong delegated authority, bordereaux and insurance data expertise.
- Strong project and programme delivery capability.
- Data and MI experience across tools such as Power BI, SQL and advanced Excel.
