We are working with a tight-knit, well-established London Market broker that is looking to hire an experienced Marine Producer to support the continued growth of its Marine portfolio. This is a genuinely collaborative environment, offering producers the platform to grow their book with strong internal support, direct access to decision-makers, and a business that values long-term relationships over volume-driven broking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a profitable Marine book of business, focusing on long-term client relationships
- Handle a broad range of Marine risks (Cargo, Hull, Liability and related covers, depending on experience)
- Work closely with senior leadership and market-facing colleagues on placement strategy and insurer engagement
- Leverage existing relationships while being supported to generate new business
- Play an active role in shaping the company's marine offering and market presence

- Proven experience as a Marine Producer within the London Market
- Strong relationships with insurers and/or clients within the marine space
