We are partnering with a leading insurance brokerage to recruit an experienced International Binder Technician. This role sits within a high-performing international team and will focus on the administration, processing, and management of delegated authority (binder) business across multiple territories.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in binder operations while supporting brokers and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and coverholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of international binder business, including premium processing, bordereaux handling, and credit control support
  • Review and process bordereaux submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and coverholders to resolve queries and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all binder agreements and transactions
  • Monitor and track premium settlements, outstanding balances, and cash allocations
  • Assist with binder set-up, renewals, and amendments
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
  • Support audits and reporting requirements related to delegated authority business
  • Produce management information (MI) and reports for internal stakeholders
