An independent London insurance broker is looking to appoint an experienced
International Binder Broker to support the continued growth of its delegated authority proposition.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing and developing international delegated authority business, working closely with carriers, coverholders and overseas intermediaries to deliver effective insurance solutions.
The successful individual will play a key role in maintaining existing relationships while identifying opportunities to expand the binder portfolio across international territories.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an international delegated authority portfolio.
- Negotiate binder facilities with London Market insurers.
- Build and strengthen relationships with insurers, MGAs, coverholders and international brokers.
- Work closely with clients to structure and place delegated authority business.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing facilities and develop new binder arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of technical and client service.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and underwriting appetite.
About You
- Experience placing and managing international delegated authority (binder) business within the London Market.
- Background in any non-marine product class, with flexibility around specialism.
- Strong relationships with London Market insurers and delegated authority underwriters.
- Commercially minded with the ability to develop business opportunities.
- Comfortable working independently within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
