We are representing a well-established insurance company seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the business on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is a hands-on role supporting senior stakeholders across the employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on UK payroll oversight. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in managing payroll, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted HR advisor to managers and leadership
