Private Clients Account Executive Location: LondonSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceWe are working with an established insurance brokerage who are looking to appoint a Private Clients Account Executive to join their team.This is an opportunity for an experienced private client professional to manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients, working across both existing relationships and new business opportunities.The role will have a strong focus on delivering a high level of service to clients, while also developing relationships with introducers and referral partners to support continued growth. Manage a portfolio of HNW private clients, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day requirements. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and introducers. Develop and manage relationships with introducers, ensuring they receive a high level of service and regular communication. Understand clients' individual circumstances and insurance requirements, providing a tailored and personal service. Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts through additional covers and products where appropriate. Support new business opportunities from initial enquiry through to placement and onboarding. Conduct regular client reviews and ensure accounts are proactively managed. Maintain accurate records and ensure all activity is carried out in line with regulatory and internal requirements. Previous experience within Private Clients / HNW insurance is essential. Experience working in a retail, direct-to-client environment would be highly beneficial. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with both clients and introducers. Commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow existing relationships. This is a role for someone who enjoys being client-facing and relationship-led, with the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio while contributing to the wider growth of the private clients business.Competitive salary and package available, depending on experience.
