My client, a speciality insurance broker, are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team, helping transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter decision-making across our business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Extracting, transforming, and presenting data from our data lake and data marts to support business performance
- Designing and delivering visually engaging reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Monitoring data quality and identifying trends or anomalies across business units
- Supporting regular reporting cycles, including daily, weekly, and monthly outputs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored, actionable insights
Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis or data insights, with confidence working closely with business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools
- Proven experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Experience with Snowflake is desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal relationships
- Ability to present data in a clear, visually engaging, and easy-to-interpret way
- Willingness to commute to our London office 3 days per week
