Key Responsibilities
Structure, negotiate, and place facultative reinsurance risks across multiple classes of business.
Build and maintain relationships with cedants, reinsurers, and market stakeholders.
Prepare market submissions and placement documentation.
Advise clients on reinsurance solutions and placement strategies.
Negotiate terms and secure optimal outcomes for clients.
Support existing business and contribute to growth opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in Facultative Reinsurance Broking.
Strong knowledge of Property and Specialty classes.
Established market relationships within Lloyd’s and company markets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
