The Role
- Converting warm and self-generated leads into new commercial insurance business
- Operating in a fast-paced, target-driven telesales environment
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
- Building strong client relationships to support long-term retention

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven background in sales (telesales experience preferred)
- Comfortable in a high-volume calling environment (80+ calls per day)
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Insurance experience is not essential; full training provided
