Job Description Job Title: Commercial Account Handler Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time An established, independent London-based insurance brokerage is looking to expand its team with an experienced Insurance Practitioner. The business works across a diverse range of clients and insurance classes, including event organisers, commercial and residential property owners, as well as Personal Lines clients. The company operates as a close-knit team with a strong focus on providing high-quality, professional and long-lasting service to its clients. Integrity, honesty and collaboration are central to the culture, with employees encouraged and supported to develop their skills and build a long-term career. The successful candidate will be an experienced insurance professional with strong technical knowledge and a detailed understanding of Commercial Insurance. Handle client claims and escalate more complex matters where appropriate. Strong knowledge of Commercial Insurance, ideally gained within a commercial insurance broker or insurer. Open GI experience would be advantageous. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. This opportunity would suit an experienced Insurance Account Handler, Insurance Practitioner or Senior Account Handler with a strong Commercial Insurance background who is looking for a role within a smaller, collaborative brokerage.
