We are working with a well-regarded insurance business seeking an ambitious and proactive individual to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 4-5 years of experience who is looking to deepen their market exposure and develop into a more client-facing role over time. You will work closely with an experienced Insurance Manager, gaining hands-on exposure across a broad range of responsibilities, markets, and classes of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Insurance Manager across a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
  • Managing day-to-day client servicing (non-board level interaction)
  • Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments (MTAs/MTIs)
  • Carrying out extensive administrative duties with a high level of accuracy
  • Engaging with the insurance market, including brokers and underwriters
  • Assisting with placement activity and documentation
  • Maintaining strong internal and external relationships

Candidate Profile

  • 4-5 years’ experience within the insurance market (broker or insurer background)
  • Exposure across multiple classes of business (well-rounded generalist preferred)
  • Comfortable handling administrative-heavy workloads and detail-oriented tasks
  • Positive, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to “roll up sleeves” and support across all areas when required
  • Ambition and capability to grow into a more client-facing role over time
  • London market experience beneficial but not essential (regional candidates welcome)

Working Arrangement

  • Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the King’s Cross office, 2 days from home
