We are working with a specialist insurance services platform that helps MGAs and schemes launch and scale. They provide the infrastructure, operations and regulatory support so their clients can focus on product and distribution.
They are now hiring a Client Onboarding & Relationship Manager to own the end-to-end journey for MGA clients â from pre-onboarding through to onboarding, ongoing relationship management and, where needed, offâboarding.
What you will do:
- Be the main point of contact for new MGA/scheme clients
- Coordinate onboarding across internal teams (Ops, Finance, Tech, Compliance, Marketing)
- Run regular checkâins and quarterly reviews with clients
- Spot and resolve issues before they escape to escalation
- Support adâhoc projects as the function grows
