The Role:
- Manage and grow a panel of wholesale broker relationships
- Win new broker accounts and drive profitable growth
- Promote a broad suite of commercial P&C products
- Work closely with internal underwriting and broking teams
- Travel to the London Market and across the South as needed

- Experience in account management/business development
- Strong relationship builder and confident communicator
- Commercially minded, self‐motivated and target‐driven
- Comfortable with Excel and CRM/database systems
