This senior role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic development across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring underwriting support and internal business services are delivered efficiently and effectively, aligning with both organisational goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Champion and deliver operational excellence initiatives, including process improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Underwriting Support: Develop and lead underwriting support services, streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
- Business Resiliency: Manage organisational resiliency and ensure business continuity.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the smooth running of all offices across the UK and Europe, including real-estate management and office safety.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
