The Role

Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a portfolio of specialty commercial insurance clients.
- Acting as the primary client‐relationship lead, delivering high‐touch, advisory‐led service.
- Designing and placing complex insurance programmes within your specialist area.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, insurers, and internal broking teams.
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and through new business activity.
- Contributing to the wider development of the specialty practice.
- Depending on experience, the role can be weighted towards client management, portfolio growth, or new business origination.
About You
We are keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive / Client Executive within the insurance market.
- Strong technical knowledge in one or more specialty insurance lines.
- Experience handling mid to large corporate/complex risks.
- A consultative, client‐first approach with strong relationship‐building skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
- ACII qualification (or working towards) preferred but not essential.
