The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the placement and servicing of LATAM property accounts, working closely with producers, clients, and underwriters across the London Market. The team handles a range of large and complex risks across the region, offering strong exposure to international placements and market‑facing broking.

Key Responsibilities- Placing and servicing LATAM property risks within the London Market
- Managing relationships with underwriters and assisting with programme structure and renewals
- Supporting producers and senior brokers with new business and existing client portfolios
- Preparing market presentations, slip production, and negotiating terms with insurers
- Maintaining strong communication with clients and international partners
- Previous experience handling LATAM property or international property accounts within the London Market
- Strong understanding of London Market placement processes and insurer relationships
- Ability to work independently and contribute immediately within a busy broking team
- Spanish language skills highly advantageous
