A leading specialty insurer based in London is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join their IT team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technology plays a central role in delivering business success.
You will support the Director of IT in managing relationships with the company’s IT managed service provider and other technology vendors, ensuring all IT platforms, applications, and production environments are secure, well-supported, and effectively maintained.
This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft enterprise suite administration—including Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Purview, Intune, Azure, and Office 365—as well as third-party tool administration.
Key Requirements- 5+ years’ IT experience in financial services (insurance preferred).
- Strong system administration and technical support skills, particularly in Microsoft platform management.
- Experience with vendor management and MSP oversight.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a desire to learn in a fast-changing environment.
