We are partnering with a leading insurance brokerage to recruit an experienced International Binder Technician. This role sits within a high-performing international team and will focus on the administration, processing, and management of delegated authority (binder) business across multiple territories. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in binder operations while supporting brokers and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and coverholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end administration of international binder business, including premium processing, bordereaux handling, and credit control support
- Review and process bordereaux submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and coverholders to resolve queries and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all binder agreements and transactions
- Monitor and track premium settlements, outstanding balances, and cash allocations
- Assist with binder set‑up, renewals, and amendments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Support audits and reporting requirements related to delegated authority business
- Produce management information (MI) and reports for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, compliance, broking) to ensure smooth operations
