We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist insurance brokerage within the London market, seeking an experienced Insurance Technician / Broker Support professional to join their team. This role would suit someone with previous experience in:

  • Insurance technician roles
  • Broker backup / broking support
  • Credit control
  • Lloyd's market administration
  • Marine or specialty insurance

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting brokers with day-to-day administration
  • Processing policy documentation, endorsements and renewals
  • Liaising with underwriters and broker partners
  • Monitoring outstanding premiums and assisting with credit control
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational processes

Requirements
