A specialist Lloyd’s insurance broker is seeking an immediately available candidate to join them as an IBA & Cashiering Assistant on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day matching of cash transactions on the IBA System.
- Creation of insurer payable reports.
- Checking insurer statements and raising processing queries.
- Generation of appointed representative payable reports and raising processing queries.
- Matching and setting up payments in the IBA system and HSBC for insurers, appointed representatives, clients and claims.
- Daily IBA bank reconciliations in the IBA system.
- Setting up FX trades and onward payments with weekly reconciliations.
- Assisting with ad‑hoc finance and operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an IBA and cashiering role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with IBA/Bank/FX systems and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage workload independently.
