This is a high-impact HR Business Partner role where you’ll help shape and deliver an innovative people agenda in a fun, progressive, fast-paced and agile environment. Reporting to the Head of HR (UK), you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to drive the people strategy and take ownership across the employee lifecycle—ensuring a consistently excellent employee experience and strong HR delivery. With technology, data and analytics central to how the company operates, you’ll bring a modern, commercially minded approach to HR and enjoy working collaboratively across the People team and wider business.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, with strong end-to-end employee lifecycle capability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence partnering senior leaders
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Hands-on, proactive approach—willing to “roll up your sleeves” to get things done
- Ability to support and deliver across key people areas including:
- Talent acquisition and recruitment support
- Total reward and performance management
- Talent management and learning & development
- Employee guidance on day-to-day people matters
- People metrics preparation and regulatory reporting
- Ability to work effectively with outsourced HR Operations to ensure accurate, timely HR execution (offers, contractual changes, terms & conditions)
Nice to Have Skills
- Financial Services knowledge; insurance experience is particularly helpful
- Experience supporting diversity & inclusion initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle
- Creative approach to talent management and learning & development
- Experience helping embed continuous feedback cultures through performance management
- Studying towards CIPD (advantageous)
Preferred Education and Experience
- Robust experience in a comparable HR Business Partner (or similar) role
- CIPD study in progress is beneficial (where applicable)
