The Head of Claims leads and evolves the company claims function as a core driver of client value, retention and revenue growth. The role is responsible for delivering best-in-class claims advocacy, technical expertise and strategic insight across all classes of business, while building a high-performing team and ensuring the function scales in line with the firm's growth ambitions.
