Are you a data-savvy professional or a high-calibre graduate looking to build a career in insurance analytics? We are an established insurance and reinsurance company seeking an Exposure Management Analyst to join our growing Modelling team.

In this role, you will analyze portfolio exposures using a variety of vendor and internal models. You will play a key part in helping the exposure management team develop, refine, and set up cutting-edge processes and systems that directly impact our underwriting strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwriting Support: Provide high-quality exposure reports to underwriters, enabling accurate risk-taking decisions and ensuring all data is precisely captured.
  • Data Model Management: Manipulate and input exposure data into industry-standard catastrophe modelling software (e.g., Moody's RMS).
  • Portfolio Variance Analysis: Run and monitor Exceedance Probability (EP) and internal aggregate model outputs, conducting extensive portfolio reviews.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage the data flow process by liaising with underwriting units, communicating modeled numbers, and highlighting model changes or updates.
  • Reporting Compliance: Assist with regular internal and external market reporting, including quarterly loss estimates, aggregate reporting, and post-event loss analysis.
  • Innovation Development: Utilise and help develop internal proprietary tools and methodologies.
