My client is looking for a Client Executive β Credit Insurance to join their established and experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong credit insurance knowledge who enjoys managing client relationships, delivering high-quality service, and taking ownership of a varied portfolio.
About the Role
As a Client Executive, you will manage an inherited portfolio of credit insurance clients, ensuring an exceptional level of service and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. You'll work closely with decision makers, handle day-to-day policy management, and support client needs throughout the lifecycle of their policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of a credit insurance portfolio, covering clients of varying size and premium levels.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and senior contacts, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Lead service delivery including policy inception meetings, mid-term reviews, and renewal meetings.
- Handle day-to-day client queries and support policy management.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with underwriters, securing written quotes and managing insurer questions.
- Maintain client expectations by managing tasks and communication effectively.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with underwriters to support smooth placement and service delivery.
- Prepare technical reports, renewal summaries, and documentation in line with internal procedures.
