An established and growing insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Client Executive to join their team in Leicester. This role offers the chance to work with a varied portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.The Role As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a range of commercial clients. You will work alongside dedicated Account Managers and Claims Managers to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service throughout the policy lifecycle.Key duties include:Overseeing renewals, securing competitive cover, and ensuring documentation accuracy.Handling mid-term adjustments, quotations, and policy queries.Liaising with clients and insurers to deliver professional advice and solutions.Supporting client visits at renewal and mid-term stages to strengthen relationships.Monitoring market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities.Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.About You: Strong background in commercial insurance, with experience in a client-facing role.Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client and insurer relationships.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
