Our client, a widely respected Lloyd's Syndicate, have a new opportunity for a Claims Operations Manager.
This will be on a 15 month fixed term contract basis.
You will have overall responsibility for managing claims operations, third party service providers and performance oversight of the Claims division.
Duties will include liaising with TPAs, managing junior members of the team and monitoring claims performance trends, issues and movements, as well as relevant legal/regulatory changes and market developments.
You will also be responsible for the preparation and submission of regulatory reporting where required
Applicants should have prior claims operations experience, ideally within a Lloyd's Syndicate environment.
A good knowledge of ECF will be advantageous.
The successful applicant will be confident and haveexcellent attention to detail, being able to analyse and leverage data in order to provide meaningful insight.
This will be a hybrid role.
