Are you an experienced Delegated Authority professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We are working with a well-respected London Market broker with an excellent reputation for delivering specialist insurance solutions and building strong relationships across the market. They are looking for a DUA Analyst to join their growing, forward‑thinking business where data, technology and innovation are transforming the way Delegated Authority business is managed.

Working closely with brokers, Coverholders and Managing Agents, you'll take ownership of binder operations, bordereaux management and portfolio reporting while helping to drive automation and API integration projects that will shape the future of Delegated Authority operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical Delegated Authority expertise with data analysis and process improvement in a collaborative, high‑performing London Market environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing new and renewal binders, endorsements and related documentation
  • Reviewing and validating Lloyd’s 5.2 compliant bordereaux
  • Investigating and resolving technical Velonetic processing queries
  • Working closely with Coverholders, brokers and Managing Agents to ensure efficient placement and ongoing compliance
  • Producing insightful Power BI dashboards and portfolio analysis for brokers and senior leadership
  • Supporting binder performance analysis, profit commission calculations and renewal strategy
  • Driving operational improvements through data quality initiatives, automation and API integration projects
  • Acting as a technical subject matter expert across Delegated Authority systems and processes
  • Supporting and mentoring members of the DUA technical team

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a DUA Analyst, Binder Technician or Delegated Authority Technician
  • Strong understanding of Lloyd’s Delegated Authority processes and reporting standards
  • Experience using systems such as Intrali (Vipr), DCOM, Atlas, Whitespace, Novus and Lloyd’s market platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building reports in Power BI
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and embracing new technology
  • Cert CII, Dip CII or equivalent (desirable)
