I am supporting a market leading company who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing HR team. This role will contribute to shaping a supportive, high-performance culture and will work closely with senior leaders to ensure that people strategy aligns with business priorities.

The successful candidate will have practical experience using HiBob, with the confidence to guide others in getting the best value from the platform. A background in Learning and Development is also important, as you will be delivering development programmes that improve capability, performance and engagement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive and support the people strategy
  • Effective use and ongoing optimisation of HiBob
  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance and development
  • Design and deliver engaging learning and development initiatives
  • Use people data and insights to support decision making and continuous improvement
  • Support cultural and organisational development priorities
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner capacity
  • Strong working knowledge of HiBob, including onboarding or platform optimisation
  • Confident in creating and delivering L&D solutions
  • Able to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Practical, collaborative and able to balance strategic input with hands-on delivery
