Our client, a prestigious Lloyd's Broker, has an exciting new opportunity for a Casualty Claims Advocate. Responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the provision of claims advocacy and service for the Casualty North American and Rest of World Specialties clients and Retail partners. Applicants should have previous experience handling complex and/or high-value Casualty claims. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide expert claims advocacy for large, complex, and/or contentious Casualty claims, maintaining and leveraging market relationships to bring claims to prompt, satisfactory conclusions.
- Develop, shape, and articulate the claims value proposition to clients, Retail partners, colleagues, and carriers, including providing management information and data to support this.
- Participate in new business opportunities, including preparing tenders and engaging in new business pitches.
- Manage, review, and supervise claims, ensuring adherence to claims procedures and guidelines, including responsibility for client claims strategies.
- Lead the claims relationship for major clients, including regular meetings and delivery of claims reports.
- Manage the relationship between the UK Claims team and the Casualty North American and Rest of World Specialties team, acting as the key point of contact for sharing information and strategy.
