Job Description
A Lloyd's broker have a new opening for a Binding Authority Claims Technician at their Chelmsford office, following an internal promotion. You will be responsible for delivering a high quality professional service to clients regarding any Binding Authority claims issues. Your primary task is to liaise with insurers and other interested parties to expedite claims & manage client's expectations.
You will handle claims/claims bordereaux and Loss fund files from receipt of notification of loss through to conclusion.Applicants will ideally have Binding Authority claims handling experience and be familiar with ECF. Candidates with prior Property and/or Casualty claims experience would also be considered. Superb training is on offer, along with full support with professional qualifications.
This is a hybrid role and there will be lots of flexibility with regards to working from home.
