We are partnering with a highly regarded and well-established London Market brokerage seeking an experienced International Transportation Producing Broker to join its growing team. This opportunity would suit an entrepreneurial broker with a proven track record of developing and placing international Transportation business, who is looking for a platform that offers strong market relationships, autonomy and the ability to further expand their portfolio.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience producing and placing International Transportation risks within the London Market.
- Established network of overseas clients, retail brokers, intermediaries and key trading partners.
- Proven track record of generating new business and developing long-term client relationships.
- Experience handling a broad range of Transportation risks, including Freight Forwarders Liability, Logistics Operators, Hauliers, Cargo, Warehousekeepers and associated Marine and Liability exposures.
- Strong understanding of London Market placement strategies and insurer appetite.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with Lloyd's and company market underwriters.
- Commercially minded with the ability to build, manage and grow a profitable portfolio.
- Existing book of business or the potential to transfer client relationships would be highly advantageous.
