I’m working on an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing, tech-driven MGA looking to appoint an Assistant Underwriter to join its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ underwriting support experience who is looking to take the next step in their career, gain broader cross-class exposure and develop their technical underwriting skills in a modern, data-led environment.
We’re looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an underwriting support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A degree in a numerical or analytical subject
- An interest in AI, data or programming, with hands‑on coding experience an advantage
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and genuine ambition to progress within underwriting
