I'm currently working on behalf of a leading Lloyd's Syndicate to appoint an Underwriting Assistant into one of the highest-performing Energy underwriting teams in the market.This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Underwriting Assistant or Underwriting Technician looking to accelerate their career within a business renowned for developing talent from within.You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team, working directly alongside experienced Underwriters and gaining exposure to a complex, global Energy portfolio. This role offers genuine responsibility from day one and an excellent platform to progress your underwriting career.Key responsibilities include: Supporting Underwriters across the day-to-day management of the Energy portfolio. Risk entry, rating and exposure management. Liaising with brokers and building strong market relationships. Producing portfolio reports and supporting business planning. Working closely with Underwriting Support to maintain exceptional data quality.
