This is an exciting opportunity for a Crisis Management claims professional who is looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be managing a portfolio of high-value claims from inception to resolution whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Classes of business handled will include Product Recall, A&H, Political Violence and Political Risks.

Other duties will include providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the claims team.

Applicants should have prior London Market Crisis Management, Political Violence and/or Political Risk claims handling experience ideally gained from a reputable Insurer, Lloyd's Syndicate, Lloyd's Broker or Law firm.

You will have proven experience of managing sophisticated claims and delivering results in a client-facing environment.

This will be a hybrid role with lots of flexibility for remote working.
