Senior Veterinary Surgeon – Kingswinford
Harrison Family Vets are a family owned, independent group of busy, growing clinics providing pet health care that is second to none. We are recruiting for a Senior Vet to help lead our practice in Kingswinford, Dudley.
Role overview
You are a competent vet with a minimum of five years solid SA experience, with an interest in developing leadership and management. You will work with an experienced team to drive high clinical quality and create organised, efficient workflows throughout the clinic.

Team and structure
You will work with an experienced 2-vet team, 6 RVNs, 1 VCA and 4 front-of-house care coordinators in a busy 4-year-old clinic with a wide and varied caseload. The clinic operates with mixed consulting and theatre slots, 15-minute consults, and a 1:3 Saturday morning schedule; there is no OOH.
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays (Good Friday worked with day in lieu)
- Private medical insurance including Employee Assistance Programme
- Friday/Saturday scheduling to support leadership and service delivery
