We are now looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor, ideally with 1–2 years PQE, to join our growing team in Lytham as we continue to expand our presence across the Fylde Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor early in their career who is passionate about residential property work and keen to develop within a supportive, well‑established team.
You’ll handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters and work closely with clients, agents and referrers, so strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience are essential.
- Managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and re‑mortgages
- Ideally 1–2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing / Property
- Ability to run your own caseload with appropriate supervision
