We are now looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor, ideally with 1–2 years PQE, to join our growing team in Lytham as we continue to expand our presence across the Fylde Coast.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor early in their career who is passionate about residential property work and keen to develop within a supportive, well‑established team. You’ll handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters and work closely with clients, agents and referrers, so strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience are essential. You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues while also having the autonomy to manage your own files and grow your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and re‑mortgages
- Providing clients and agents with timely updates, advice and documentation
- Progressing matters efficiently using the firm’s Case Management System
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across other service lines
- Supporting business development and marketing activities
- Contributing to team objectives and the wider development of the department
Skills & Experience
- Ideally 3 + years PQE in Residential Conveyancing / Property (we will consider candidates up to 10 PQE)
- Strong organisational, communication and time‑management skills
- Ability to run your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Proven experience managing matters from instruction to completion
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Experience with SOS case management is desirable
